Aeropanda LLC keep in record your shipping address information within our secure system, whether inputted by you, or with the help of one of our customer service representatives, and uses this information to ship all orders too, unless otherwise changed by the customer, or at the request of the customer via our customer service representatives.
As for current shipping addresses within the Aeropanda system, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to update any changes and or corrections via our online account system, or by calling in to our customer service department. Any changes made to a previous order will not secure the address within our system – all address changes must be made via your online account through our website, or by contacting our customer service department.
Aeropanda cannot/will not be held responsible for any order(s) being shipped to an incorrect address, as we only update the customers address at the customer’s request. Any temporary changes to the address via a specific order will be as said – temporary – unless otherwise stated via the customer.
Shipping using Paypal Payments
In regards to payment via PayPal method, the address listed within your PayPal account will not be used as a valid shipping address – it is the customer’s sole responsibility to update Aeropanda of any address differences before an order ships, as the order(s) placed through us are shipped via the customer address within our data base, which has been inputted via the customer, or at the request of the customer through our customer service department.
Free Shipping Promotion
With a qualifying order of $100.00 or greater, we are happy to offer Free Ground Shipping within the USA, Lower 48 states only – AK & HI do not apply. Free Ground/Economy Shipping can ship out via UPS Ground or USPS Priority/1st Class – these shipping methods are at the discretion of our shipping Department.
Please note that with Free Shipping, we do not guarantee any delivery time, insurance or tracking information, and with Free Shipping that ships via UPS Ground, some orders can take up to 7 days to arrive. If you are in need of a faster delivery time, we highly suggest that you pay for a quicker method, as Free Shipping is based upon Economy (5 to 7 days), and is not guaranteed.
If a faster shipping method is chosen with a qualifying order of $100.00 or greater, please know that we cannot offer any credit or discount towards a faster, alternative shipping method. If Free Ground Economy will not arrive on time, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to choose the correct method for proper delivery.
Aeropanda LLC, reserve the right to excluded items or order(s) of the free shipping promotion upon Aeropanda LLC discretion, we will notify the customer about it, who can paid for a different shipping method or canceled the order.
Estimated delivery of your order can vary greatly, depending upon your location, and what shipping method you selected. We do our very best to ship your orders the same day we receive it, and although not guaranteed, we usually succeed shipping same day if the order is placed before 11:00 am EST.
If you feel that your order(s) have been lost in transit, please contact our customer service department with your order number for help. Depending upon the carrier, we can initiate a trace for you and determine what may be the problem with your delivery. If your package has been lost via the carrier, we can re-ship for you as soon as the carrier validates our claim, or if an insurance option is selected. Please note that with international orders, this process can take several weeks or even months in regards to a trace via the carrier used.
Missing Parts or Items
If your order happens to be missing a specific part or item, please contact our customer service department with your order number, and we will happy arrange a replacement for this item or items. In some instances, the manufacturer may send these parts direct; in this case, we will provide you with all the necessary information to make this request to the manufacturer.
Taxes, VAT’s & Customs
If your shipping location is in the State of Florida, local sales tax will apply to your order; for all other orders within the United States, no sales tax will be applied. Please note that although Aeropanda LLC does not apply any taxes to orders outside of the State of Florida, your state of residence or shipping destination may apply certain taxes via out of state orders, or may require tax related information via orders outside of your state. Please consult your city, county and state tax rates to determine if your applicable sales or use tax.
General Customs Information
For all international orders outside of the USA, certain duty fees or customs fees may be required upon delivery of your order. Please understand that we have no control over any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other such customs fees, and cannot be held liable for any such fees, no matter what the situation may be.
Please know that we will do all that we are able to limit such fees for you in regards to customs, but please contact your local customs agent for further information, and be aware that certain shippers, such as FedEx or UPS, may apply higher taxes or brokerage fees, as these shippers often utilize their own processing agents for a quicker delivery.
If you receive your order and do not pay the required taxes, fees, duties or brokerage fees, the order will be abandoned at your local customs facility, and due to shipping fees and additional duty fees applied to us to return the order(s), we will not be able to make the return, and thus will not be able to offer any refunds, credits or otherwise. Please be very aware of all such fees & responsibilities regarding these matters, as once the package/order leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your order.
Shipping to an FPO/APO Military Address
Aeropanda LLC, thanks our soldiers who put their lives on the line for our freedom, and we are proud to ship to any APO/FPO address. If you have any difficulty inputting the address, or have a shipping related issue, please alert our support staff below by phone, email or contact form, and we will do our very best to solve any issues that may arise.
Aeropanda LLC offer shipping outside of the United States. For certain countries or large value overseas transactions we may request additional proof of identity by supplying a photocopy of your photo ID and the front and back of the credit card used. We do not ship to the following countries due to the high rates of fraud, Indonesia, Nigeria, Turkey, Romania, Malaysia or Singapore.
Shipping times are estimated in business days, and do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping times are approximate and subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Longer delivery timeframes are applicable for shipping outside of the continental United States. We offer international shipping to many countries. All orders over $100 must be shipped using Express Mail (EMS) or another express shipping method. Priority mail will not be an option. We will contact you if you have an order over $100 and have accidentally chosen the priority mail option. If we do not hear back from you within 3 days, your order will be cancelled. If you place an order for $100 or less and specify USPS First Class or Priority mail international, you agree that it could take up to 45 days or more for your package to arrive. This service is not insured and tracking is not available once the package has left the United States. Please be sure that you are willing to take that risk. We do not and will not ship 1st Class International by our choice is ON YOU AND YOU ONLY. There are no guarantees on delivery time frames on international orders. Aeropanda, LLC will be not responsible for delays in customs, customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees. If a package is returned as undeliverable or refused by the customer through no fault of ours, the customer will bear the full cost of shipping, and no refunds will be given on the order.
UNWANTED OR INCOMPATIBLE
Unwanted merchandise is to be returned in new condition only with all original packaging, and all applicable manuals/materials within 10 days. Used items may not be returned. Items not returned in an acceptable condition will be returned at the senders expense. Please fill out the below return form which will ensure quick and efficient processing of your refund or exchange. Please write the reference number on the outside of the shipping box or on a separate label, not on the actual product packaging. Please include a copy of the confirmation email with your return. Failure to obtain a return authorization could delay your refund/exchange/credit. Items returned for store credit within the prescribed time period will not be subject to a restocking fee. Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
