Product description

The PowerBox Pioneer is the latest development of a 14-channel power supply, which is designed for HV servos without voltage regulation. By eliminating the voltage regulator and the large cooling surfaces required, the Pioneer can convince with the smallest dimensions. Nevertheless, there is no need to do without a redundant power supply design - the standard for all PowerBox Systems power supplies! The power section and the switching controller are designed twice to guarantee maximum safety.

The Pioneer is unique in its class thanks to the integrated iGyro technology, which only requires an iGyro Sat as a sensor unit. Optionally plugged in, a powerful 9-axis gyro of the latest generation is turned from a power supply. The integrated iGyro is very easy to use, set in a few minutes, and ready for the setting flight. Even for complex models or the perfectionist, the Pioneer offers plenty of options for a fine adjustment! Stick priority, lock-in-feel, and gyro characteristics can be set separately for each axis and for two areas, to name just the most important ones.

The entire package is rounded off by the ease of use: For PowerBox and Jeti pilots, the Pioneer can be operated and set entirely from the transmitter! Optionally, or for Futaba pilots, the Pioneer is set using the BlueCom adapter and the mobile app or from a PC with the USB interface.

In terms of performance, the compact Pioneer is in no way inferior to the big switches. Many test series were run with 40A load over several minutes, 20A continuous current is guaranteed here. The shapely aluminum heat sink provides the necessary heat dissipation and even the external switch is supplied in a noble, made of the fully milled, anodized aluminum.

As a further option, the new Pioneer is also available with the MicroMag magnetic switch. This switch can be installed visible or hidden and switched on with the enclosed magnet.
