Order Cancellations, Pre-Orders, Back-Orders, Special Orders, and Turbine Engine Orders
Order Cancellations
We appreciate every order and want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. We also know that sometimes an order might be placed in error. When an order is placed, the credit card or payment processor charges us a transaction fee. This fee is non-refundable when an order is canceled. In addition, we incur other internal costs when an order is placed. Therefore, a 15% cancellation fee will be collected from all refunds resulting from an order cancellation. No exceptions! An option of 100% store credit is always available to you if you choose. Please make note of this before you place an order.
Pre-Orders
When a customer places a “pre-order”, they are reserving a product that is not currently in stock. This product will then be shipped when it becomes available. All pre-orders must be pre-paid in full to reserve the product. An exception may be made when the pre-order is for a product that has an undetermined lead time. In such cases, we will collect a partial payment of our choice. Pre-orders are saved as a "first come, first served" reservation.
If you do not wish to pre-pay for pre-orders, you can request a “stock notification” by logging into your account. Simply check the box in the stock notification section on the right-hand side of the product page, just below the “add to wish list” button. An email will be sent to you as soon as open stock of the product becomes available.
How to Place a Pre-Order
Any item showing the pre-order button next to it means that the item is on pre-order status. You may order any pre-order items by placing those items in your shopping cart and going through the normal checkout process. You will be required to pay for the pre-order items at checkout.
How Will I Know When Pre-Orders are Shipped?
We will notify you via email as soon as your pre-order items have been shipped. The email will also include tracking information.
NOTE: An order containing in-stock items and pre-ordered items will not ship until ALL ITEMS of that order are in stock and available. To receive your in-stock items sooner, consider removing the pre-ordered item from your cart and placing a separate order for it, or contact us via email.
NOTE: Pre-orders do not lock in or guarantee pricing. If the manufacturer increases the retail price you will be charged for the difference when the item becomes available. Tariff charges may also be added. These additional charges will be invoiced and must be paid in full before the product ships.
Back-Orders
A “back-order” will occur when a product is listed in stock when the order is placed, but then cannot be shipped due to an inventory error on our part. In these cases, customers will be contacted as soon as possible and given the available options. Order cancellations resulting from a back-order situation will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
Special Orders
Special orders are products we sell, but do not normally stock or are manufactured on a per order basis such as Kolm Engines. Special orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement. All special orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non- refundable. No exceptions!

Turbine Engine Orders
All turbine engine sales are FINAL. AeroPanda will not accept any returns or requests for refunds on these engines for any reason. By purchasing any of these engines, the buyer agrees and accepts that he/she/they will follow the manufacturer’s warranty process if they experience any issue with the engine. In simpler words, if you buy it, you own it! Please do not place the order if you do not understand the statements issued above.
